The hotel is conveniently located near the train station which makes it easy to travel to other cities. The breakfast offered a variety of food options and was a nice way to start the day.
The room was very basic and in need of updates. The noise level at night made it difficult to sleep.

a big comfortable bed with good bed linen. The room is clean, cleaned qualitatively... The room on the 6th floor has access to an open roof terrace overlooking the nearby area of Naples. It was curious to see the real life of the poor neighborhood. The pedestrian access to the central station is a plus, a minus. From/to the airport you can take the AliBus Express, which stops in 5 minutes on foot, i.e. you don't need to change to other means of transport.
The station area is a little minus. Not the safest and not the safest place in Naples. The police department and near the hotel are obviously hanging out with non-native Italian people. I mean, they hang out and probably stay at the hotel. Keep that in mind, but there have been no incidents or "slanting looks"

Loved the hotel and its good location. A bus stop across the street. Property's next to main attractions like lungomare mergellina

The hotel had an excellent location near the city's main transportation hub, allowing us to easily explore different areas of the city. The staff were helpful and polite, offering us recommendations on things to do and see. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a variety of options to choose from.
the room was quite small and lacked some basic amenities that we expected. it had an average experience for a budget hotel.

The hotel is worth the money. Its located near the central railway station. The area is not the prettiest one, but hey, you can´t have it all. The staff was amazing, especially Antilio!! We had tons of questions and he always had answers to them and time to answer them! He was just great, I give him 10 stars!! Would surely stay there again!

The location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Naples and the surrounding area.
The problem is not the hotels, Naples needs to collect the garbage better.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the good location. Speaking of which, despite being situated in what some may describe as a dirty district, I found the hotel to be conveniently located for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were attentive and provided good service throughout my stay. Finally, the rooms were in good condition with functioning air conditioning, which was a relief during the hot summer weather.
Everything was fine.

Good position and proximity to bus and train stations are great advantages of this hotel. Nearby is the police station, pharmacy, several fast food restaurants and stores so that you have all the necessary items on site. The staff is polite and very helpful. Do not forget to visit the Antique pizza mickele which is near the best in the world.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the Centrale Railway Station in Naples for a couple of nights and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the bus station, making it really convenient for traveling to and from the airport. Plus, it was within walking distance of Piazza Garibaldi and Corso Umberto, which was great for shopping and exploring the city.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory and there's really nothing that I think needs improvement.

We had 2 weeks of complete satisfaction! The hotel is surrounded by typical picturesque buildings and blocks of flats partly renovated, inhabited both by neapolitans and immigrants, so we could enjoy the lively and colourful atmosphere of Naples from inside. The whole staff is kind and effective, even the waiters, who, indeed, are staring at you while eating, but don’t mind, it’s just the charming neapolitan curiosity. Breakfast is basic, but good (3 kinds of juice, 2 of compote, milk, cornflakes, omelette, cheese, ham, salami/mortadella, rolls, butter, 3 sorts of jam, croissants, different kinds of coffee, hot chocolate etc.). The historic centre is 10-15 minutes walk, bus and tram stops – 200 m, ferry/hydrofoil – 10-15 minutes by tram, central train station and Circumvesuviana – 10-15 minutes walk, the convenient supermarket MD - 200 m away.
The Wi-Fi (prepaid card - 3 EUR/3 hours) is not working in the rooms, but only in the reception area. (Since the free public computer is frequently out of order or running slowly, the prepaid Wi-Fi card is the sole alternative for internet access.)
